For my final summary of learning project for my ECMP 355 class I wrote a rap. This is it, I need to fix a few typos in the lyrics but nevertheless here it is, I hope you enjoy! Bellow the video are the lyrics. And after the lyrics are a few sentences of other important lessons I learned in this course that I could not fit into the rap.
Besides what was mentioned in the rap I have learned a few more things from this class. That I want to highlight in a few sentences.
I switched to Google chrome. I started uploading videos on youtube. I use google docs a lot! I learned how to make and edit videos on iMovie. I learned how to insert links on my blog posts. Twitter has become a huge part of where I spend my time reading, learning and sharing, whereas before this class I was anti-twitter. Bitly, Compflight, Diigo, about.me, the hola app, dropbox, and the QuickTime Screen Recorder are all new tools that I use regularly and discovered because of this class. I also went through my facebook and other social networking to clean up my virtual identity by removing pictures and negative content.
I think the biggest positive I gained from this class is that I now have a vastly larger network to learn and share with, and that I have learned about a whole bunch of great resources and tools to help myself and others learn and share.

Awesome! I shared with my son who is a junior in a 1:1 school- unfortunatley only a few of his teachers would embrace this type of presentation! If you want a career with Apple, Google, FB, Pintrest……(the list could go on)…..you better have this skill! Fabulous work!
